Murasaki Shrine, the guardian deity of Matsushima, one of the three most scenic spots in Japan

Oshu Ichinomiya Shiogama Shrine is well-known to many people in Japan and abroad, but the guardian deity Murasaki Shrine in Matsushima, one of the three most scenic spots in Japan, is well-known even among people in Miyagi Prefecture, even though it has deep connections with Ise Grand Shrine and Shiogama Shrine. Many people don't have one.
Once every 20 years, Ise Jingu rebuilds a new worship hall and holds a major event. Shiogama Shrine also holds an Oshiroishi Mochi every 20 years, which is also a big event.
On September 27, 2015, Murasaki Shrine also held the Goshiroishi Mochi event, which is held once every 20 years.
Of course, it's natural that many people in Japan and abroad don't know about it, but I would like them to see this historic shrine and have a historical experience.
Murasaki Shrine is also aging, and there are very few shrine representative councils, parishioner youth associations, representative successors, and parishioner successors, so we would like you to experience visiting our shrine.
The Matsu Island Secretariat would like to guide many people to these shrines in Matsushima, one of the three most scenic spots in Japan.
